Background: SNPViewer is a Web interface for investigating TFBS variability associated with genetic variants. Users can search and visualize using a single rsID.

This resource outputs single/multiple TF(s) whose binding sites the variant affects, and also shows the score difference as a consequence of alternate allele. Links to dbSNP and JASPAR databases are provided for additional information.
